Like fried chicken, almost every culture in the world recognize the various versions of fried rice. In Italy (Europe), we know the risotto, which was none other than the fried rice as well, just with a different version because fried using olive oil and the augmentation of the local flavor of Europe.
In the Middle East and India, we know Briani rice, and rice that no other Samin also is fried rice. The Chinese know the fried rice that tastes spicy Szechuan. In Singapore, there is such thing as Singapore fried rice, which is not much different from the fried rice that we know. People familiar with Java, Indonesia Javanese fried rice served with bean sprouts, and chopped shrimp.
