Spinach and Shrimp Saute

Vitamin C is one of the antioxidants. Vitamin C is important to strengthen the gum tissue. Lack of Vitamin C can cause collagen gums are not close and the capillaries become fragile. As a result, gums bleed easily. Spinach is one of the many vegetables that contain vitamin C.

Ingredients (for 3 servings):

Spinach: 250 grams
Shrimp: 25 grams (shelled)
Margarine: 1 / 2 tablespoon
Garlic: 2 cloves (chopped)
Soy sauce: 1 / 4 tablespoon
Water: 50 ml

Directions:

Saute garlic and shrimp using margarine, until fragrant. Add water, boil until boiling. Enter the spinach and soy sauce. Cook over high heat, stir well. Remove and serve
